This paper presents the results of studies anti-seize properties (2,2-dimethyl-4-methylene1,3-dioxolane-allyl and benzyl)disulfides synthesized on basis 2,2-dimethyl-4-chloromethyl-1,3- dioxolane, sodium disulfide allyl benzyl chlorides, respectively, in composition transmission oils. The compounds are new not previously described literature, structure which has been proven by studying their physicochemical properties, elemental composition, IR spectroscopy. It revealed that terms extreme pressure efficiency significantly superior to oil MS-20, as well bis(2,2-dimethyl-4-methyl-1,3- dioxolane)disulfide, authors this article a typical additive ethylene-bis-isopropylxanthate (LZ-23k). found replacement one 1,3-diocosolane fragment bis(2,2-dimethyl-4-methylene-1,3-dioxolane) with or radicals leads an improvement due better adsorption metal surfaces rubbing parts.
